Great Quote
Yo!..ups..sorry..I mean Dear Sirs and Madams (that what Coach Carter told his team the way they should call others). This time I like to share my experience after watching Coach Carter on DVD. It was a very cool movie. Impressive. The coach really turned the boys into men. He really had a great vision. The songs (alotta songs in this movie) get you to the mood they're trying to create...no wonder.. it was MTV's Production. Anyway there was this really quote I really like:
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that our people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. It's not in just some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
Well, the quote was also sort of concludes the moral of the story. So, I would definitely recommend this movie, especially those of you who like high-school-sport-team-kind-of movies.
